On Friday September 1st, stop by Empire for an evening of music, movement and mingling as our newest instructor Sallie introduces you to the world of dance for adults! Sallie has been dancing professionally most of her life, and has graced stages from Chicago to San Francisco, internationally in Western Europe and South America, and most recently court side supporting our home team as a Lady Wizard. Her lifelong love of dance has taught her that movement really is medicine, and she wants to share the joy of dance with the Wichita community!

-Social Dance: We’ll pump the jams and open the dance floor for a party!

-NO street shoes in the studios. Bring a pair to change into (workout/tennis shoes or dance shoes). You can also dance in socks or barefoot.

With more than 16 years of experience as a certified dance and fitness instructor, Sallie has graced stages from Chicago to San Francisco, and even internationally in Europe and South America. Her passion for movement was ignited by a life-long love of dance, and she channels that energy into all aspects of her work.
For Sallie, wellness is about more than just physical fitness—it’s about nourishing the mind, body, and soul. Drawing on her expertise in dance and fitness, she hopes to help clients cultivate sustainable, fulfilling routines that result in overall health and wellness.
When she’s not coaching or teaching dance classes, Sallie is dancing courtside with the Lady Wizards professional dance team or experimenting with healthy recipes for her meal prep company - the MACRO academy!
